Who is wrestling for?
We strive to provide a safe, inclusive environment where every person, regardless of skill level, gender, race, ethnic background, religious beliefs, sexual preferences or physical abilities will be accepted and appreciated. Wrestling is fun, but it is also a difficult sport; any person willing to come to practice and do the work will earn, and be shown, the proper respect. We are excited to welcome all to our community.
Who we are
At FWC, we believe in building a strong community through the values of respect, integrity, and teamwork. We welcome and support everyone, regardless of their experience, and give back to the community through outreach and partnerships. Join us and be part of a community that inspires and uplifts on and off the mat. Together, we achieve greatness.
Is wrestling worth it?
Wrestling boosts strength, will-power, endurance, agility and over all athletic prowess; wrestling complements many sports like football, martial arts, soccer, lacrosse, gymnastics, swimming, etc.
What sets wrestling apart from other sports - you determine your own outcome. That outcome boils down to three things: Passion, Grit, and Practice.
FWC combines experience with encouragement to guide our wrestlers to be successful on and off the mat.

We've had a fantastic experience at FWC. The coaches have done a great job teaching my son the fundamentals of wrestling. Not only has he improved technically, but he also gets a great workout at every practice. The coaching staff is very knowledgeable and great with younger kids. Highly recommend to any parent looking to get their child started in wrestling!
